The Law Society is developing a new ethical practice framework to help solicitors deal with some of the more difficult situations they face in practice.
From client pressure to conflicts of interest, these aren't always clear-cut decisions, so having extra guidance can only be a positive.
It'll be interesting to see how the framework develops over the coming year.
