The firm is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their children and family law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with family law caseloads including public and private children law matters, divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements. You will be able to build and develop existing client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful and growing team.
