The firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent as senior associate and/or partner in their court of protection department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with court of protection caseloads. You will be able to build and develop client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as a senior member of a successful court of protection team.
