This highly regarded and established firm is offering the opportunity to join their market-leading private family law department with remote/hybrid working in/from their Yeovil office or their Dorchester office. You can work remotely only and attend the office just 1-day per week.

The firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters. You will be able to build and develop existing client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful and growing family law team.
