The firm is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Paralegal or equivalent to their Mental Health/Court of Protection department.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in interviewing clients, drafting documents, completing documentation and progressing matters through various stages in preparation for hearing, travelling to see clients at various hospitals and locations in the Midlands area, attending Care homes and other places of residence of vulnerable adults, preparing Court Bundles.

You will be able to build and develop existing client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as part of a successful and growing Mental Health/Court of Protection team.
