The firm is looking to appoint a part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters. You will be able to build and develop existing client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful and growing family law team.
