Do you want to provide locum cover in the Family law department of a leading firm?

Our client, an established and highly regarded Somerset based law firm, is offering the opportunity to provide locum cover in their private Family law department.

Our client is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Locum Solicitor or Locum Legal Executive or equivalent to their private family law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters. You will be able to build and develop new and existing client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as part of a successful family law team.
