Although UK house prices continue to fall, it's not all bad news for some areas.
Take Greater Manchester, which has two areas that have become property hotspots over the past year: Hulme and Little Lever.
Hulme's average price of a home increased by 26% from £188,454 in 2021 to £238,249 in 2022.
