The UK house market continues to take a beating, with house prices falling for the fifth month in a row.
The average house price was down 0.6% from December and now stands at £258,297.
The worst-hit areas are East Anglia, the West Midlands, and East Midlands, with Scotland being the least affected area.
We'll have to see what happens this month:https://bit.ly/3JImQKe
