Should lawyers do more to help fund legal aid?
In addition to a £30 levy on county court cases, Allan Blake, the chair of the trustees of the South West London Law Centres, has proposed a £150 levy each through their practising fees to fund social welfare law.
Combined, this would bring in an extra £85 million a year. Do you think it's a good idea? https://bit.ly/3ssiSPl
