According to Morgan McKinley’s June analysis, while finance vacancies in London have dipped slightly, other regions across the UK are seeing strong, sustained growth. Roles in FP&A, ESG transformation, and commercial finance are especially in demand.

In fact, areas like the North-East (+42%) and South-West (+47%) are leading the charge in vacancy growth, signalling a clear shift in where finance teams are being built.
