The Law Society is replacing the TA6 (5th edition) Property Information Form with a new TA6 (6th edition), following feedback from over 1,200 conveyancers and stakeholders. The goal? Make property transactions smoother with clearer, more concise information.

The updated form will be mandatory for Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) members from March 2026, but until then, conveyancers can continue using the 4th or 5th edition without affecting compliance.
