The UK conveyancing market began to grow in the second half of 2020, resulting in an overall decrease of 11.2% in UK residential property transactions.
The Practitioner Survey suggests a healthy recovery compared to the same time last year, and a majority of conveyancing practices reported growth, reflecting improvements in demand as restrictions were lifted.
