The incredibly controversial asylum seeker plan has been declared legal by the High Court.

Under it, those who arrive in the UK can be sent to Rwanda on a one-way ticket where they may be granted refugee status to stay there, or can apply to settle there on other grounds or seek asylum in a "safe third country".
